JUST CORSECA – Warranty & Return Policy

  Warranty Policy

  All Just Corseca products are covered under 1 Year Hassle-Free Warranty (the exact duration may vary depending on the product, please check the respective product page).

  This warranty covers only manufacturing defects or performance issues that may arise during normal usage of the product.

  If any defect is found within the warranty period, the product will either be repaired or replaced with a new/like-new unit, depending on availability. Refunds are not applicable under the warranty.

  To claim warranty service, the original invoice/proof of purchase is mandatory.

  Warranty service or replacement may take 10–12 working days, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.

  Warranty Does Not Cover

  Any physical damage, liquid damage or breakage of the product.

  Normal wear & tear that occurs with daily use.

  Repairs, modifications or tampering done by unauthorized service providers.

  Any damage caused by accidents, fire, water, lightning, misuse, negligence or exposure to extreme conditions.

  Accessories such as charging cables, adaptors, ear tips, etc. are not covered under warranty.

  Product Return Policy

   Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

·        The product received damaged or not working.

·        The product is delivered with missing accessories.

·        If wrong product has been delivered.

 

v An unboxing video is compulsory for processing claims related to damaged or wrong products.

v  Once payment is confirmed cancellation of order is not allowed.

v Cables and earphones are non-returnable and non-refundable.

v In case the change of mind of a customer, refund will be processed against the payment of handling charge (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).

 

v In the event of non-acceptance of an order, the customer is responsible for bearing the handling charge. The handling charge amount is Rs. 299 for most products. However, for specific items such as Cable, Adaptor, and Earphone, the handling charge is Rs. 199

 

v In the event of a product issue, we will arrange a one-time pickup. If any further issues arise, the customer will be responsible for sending the product to our service center.

v  Refunds or return of the product is not possible any issue with the product will be resolved under warranty or replacement policy

v  We do not accept returns when the product is damaged or broken or used.

v  All the products including all its accessories delivered in our "package" must be returned. Anything missing from the "package" will not be accepted.

v Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

v After the order is confirmed, if the customer wants to cancel the order, he has to inform before the order is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, then the order will not be cancelled here.

  Terms & Conditions

 

  Products must be returned in their original packaging, including the box, user manuals, warranty cards, and all original accessories.

  Customers must ensure that any personal data stored on the device is deleted before returning the product. The company will not be responsible for any misuse of data left on the device.

  Products purchased during sales, discounts or promotional offers are not eligible for refunds. Only repair/replacement will be provided in case of valid defects.

  Any non-acceptance or cancellation of an order after it has been dispatched will attract a handling fee.

  The company reserves the right to reject any return or replacement request that does not comply with the above conditions.

  If the customer has purchased the product offline or there is a problem with the product, the customer will be responsible for sending the product to our service center.

  Return Process 

Please follow the instructions below:

Call customer service at 1800 270 3080 (service usually between 10 am to 7 pm Monday to Saturday), or email us at support@justcorseca.in for any return goods related queries.

Properly package the item, all of its tags, bags, and manuals. Please be sure not to write on or damage the Manufacturer's packaging material as this can make an item un-returnable. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In case of replacement, it may take up to 7-9 working days for replacement.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.

Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order

In case your order has not been delivered but is reflecting “Delivered” on the tracker, please highlight it within 24 hours or else we will not be able to process your request.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

Once we receive your package, we will inspect your returned items to ensure they meet the above guidelines. If the item and packaging are in resalable condition, we will process exchange or repair according to the company policy.

Please notify Damson within the given timeline. For a speedy return/replacement process. If you are unable to get in touch with Damson, then we shall not be liable for the failure to replace the order.

In case you change your mind and wish to keep the item, then cancel the return/replacement request.
